Providing Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) for Nervous System Regulation

My name is Justin Goodwin, and I started Just In Time Regulation Solutions with my mom so that others could benefit from the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), just like I have.
I have a diagnosis of autism and use a letterboard to communicate, as I am not able to reliably communicate using speech. Before starting SSP, I struggled with dysregulation and often felt very anxious, especially in social situations. It was hard to stay calm, learn new things, or connect with others in a meaningful way.
Since using the Safe and Sound Protocol, so much has changed for me. It has helped calm my anxiety, improve my emotional regulation, and make it easier to be around others. Most importantly, it has helped me communicate more effectively with my family and friends.
I truly believe that everyone can benefit from nervous system regulation, and I’m excited to help others discover the difference it can make in their lives.
At Just In Time Regulation Solutions, we offer the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP). It is a listening therapy that helps you think, feel, and connect more effectively through nervous system regulation. It helps to retrain your autonomic nervous system, creating a safe space for brain and body integration. Developed by Dr. Stephen W. Porges through his work with the Polyvagal theory, the SSP is backed by clinical trials and real-world evidence. Many clients who experience SSP report fewer symptoms of anxiety, depression, and fewer psychosocial challenges. The SSP helps improve nervous system regulation in adults and children.
The music of the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is filtered through a patented, evidence-based algorithm that emphasizes specific sound frequencies designed to regulate the autonomic nervous system and stimulate the vagus nerve. When the body is dysregulated, it becomes difficult to think clearly, manage emotions, and connect with others. The SSP can support the process of returning to regulation, helping individuals feel more balanced and connected.
The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) supports a wide range of individuals and can be effective in reducing symptoms while promoting overall health and resilience. It is particularly helpful for those seeking support with:
